• Votes are currently tied to an anonymous browser identifier stored locally on your device.
• We may limit or remove votes if we detect spam, abuse, automation, manipulation, or attempts to distort results.
• We may change how voting works at any time.

4. AI Content

Davia World uses AI to generate story developments, text, and visual moments.

• AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or offensive.
• The service is for entertainment and creative exploration only.
• Do not rely on Davia World for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the site in violation of law,
• interfere with the service or try to bypass safeguards,

• scrape or automate the site in a harmful way,

• Supabase for infrastructure and storage
• OpenRouter for model access
• Fal.ai for image generation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Davia Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
